Boca emitió un comunicado porque Villa fue denunciado otra vez ante la justicia
Otra mujer, otra denuncia: Sebastián Villa fue denunciado en una causa que podría ser caratulada por abuso sexual y tentativa de homicidio. El hecho ocurrió en junio de 2021.
La víctima brindó muchos detalles y aseguró tener pruebas contundentes contra el futbolista de Boca. En su declaración ante la justicia, la victima, narró cómo Villa la violó, la golpeó, y cómo le ofrecieron dinero para comprar su silencio.
"Esto se enmarca en un intento de homicidio. Hay sobradas pruebas para llegar a una condena. Es un delito de una gravedad extrema", aseguró su abogado Roberto Castillo en dialogo con TyC.
Boca volvió a emitir un flojo comunicado:
"Boca Juniors le informa a los socios y socias del club, hinchas, medios de comunicación y al público en general, que el departamento de Inclusión e Igualdad de la institución ya está a disposición por el episodio que involucra al jugador Sebastián Villa y una vez más ratifica su total compromiso en situaciones de género e igualdad, tal como sostiene el primer Protocolo del club para actuación ante casos de Violencia en Razón de Género, Identidad de Género y/u Orientación Sexual, aprobado el 12 de agosto a través de la Asamblea de Comisión Directiva.
Como en cada situación que involucre a una persona del club, Boca Juniors se pone a disposición, brinda el acompañamiento correspondiente y redobla sus esfuerzos para seguir creciendo como institución en los valores que inspiraron el actual protocolo y que se basa en principios esenciales de aplicación como la prevención, asesoramiento y asistencia, respeto y privacidad, confidencialidad, entre otros".

En abril del año 2020 fue denunciado por su ex pareja Daniela Cortés por violencia de género y lo imputaron por lesiones leves y amenazas.

Todo parece indicar que, Villa será parte del once inicial que salga a la cancha de Lanús para enfrentar a Racing, por la semifinal de la Copa de la Liga que se disputará hoy.
